1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-5 business days after receiving payment confirmation.
  • Please note that orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Domestic Shipping (U.S.):
    • Standard Shipping: is calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery: 5-7 business days.
    • Expedited Shipping: is calculated at checkout - Estimated delivery: 2-3 business days.
  • International Shipping:
    • Standard International Shipping: is calculated at checkout - Estimated delivery: 10-20 business days.
    • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
    • We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

3. Shipping Carriers

  • We ship using USPS to ensure reliable and timely delivery.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your package's journey to your doorstep.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • We take care to protect your art prints during shipping. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, providing photos of the damage, and we will offer a suitable solution.
  • If your package is lost during transit, please let us know. We will do our best to help track it down or offer a replacement.

6. Return Shipping

  • In the event of an approved return, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged upon arrival.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • Currently, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain countries due to shipping carrier restrictions.
