1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2-5 business days after receiving payment confirmation.
- Please note that orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping (U.S.):
- Standard Shipping: is calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery: 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: is calculated at checkout - Estimated delivery: 2-3 business days.

International Shipping:
- Standard International Shipping: is calculated at checkout - Estimated delivery: 10-20 business days.
- Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
- We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
3. Shipping Carriers
- We ship using USPS to ensure reliable and timely delivery.
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your package's journey to your doorstep.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
- We take care to protect your art prints during shipping. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, providing photos of the damage, and we will offer a suitable solution.
- If your package is lost during transit, please let us know. We will do our best to help track it down or offer a replacement.
6. Return Shipping
- In the event of an approved return, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged upon arrival.
7. Shipping Restrictions
- Currently, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain countries due to shipping carrier restrictions.
